| Ben is a recent addition to our office. He brings to us his valuable abilities in systems and technologies. He is a licensed agent who has great customer skills and is always working to give our clients the finest possible service. He is in charge of our company web site, office computers and is very interested in efficient systems to make the clients experience the finest it can be. |

| Ken is Agency President and CEO. This marks his 30th year in the agency. Ken is a graduate of the U of Arizona with degrees in Insurance and Business plus Seminars in Bonding and Finance. He is one of Farmers Insurance Elite agents not only in Arizona but nationally. While overseeing our staff of five in personal and small business accounts he specializes in large commercial entities. |

| Maricela is our Senior Personal Lines Underwriter. We are very proud to have had her intelligence and knowledge for over 21 years. She is bi-lingual and is an expert in every line of personal insurance, including all sorts of bonds, including judicial. Maricela is married and has two young girls. She recently graduated from the intensive Farmers University Insurance Program. |

| Melissa is a part-time staff member whose responsibilities include customer service, clerical and data storage management. She is currently attending college full-time and hopes to pursue a career in the medical field. |

| Milt started the agency in 1963.
He is still active but on a part time schedule. While still an officer in the coproration, he acts as comptroller and consultant to his son Ken. |

| Moira is head of commercial marketing. Prior to joining our team she ran a successful corporate recruiting company where she dealt with many of the fortune 500 companies. Her knowledge of marketing strategies has put The Insurance House in the top 1% out of over 14,000 Farmers agents company wide. |

| Phil has been with the Insurance House for almost five years and specializes in helping clients with auto, home, and commercial insurance lines. He will take the time to review your insurance needs and make sure you have the proper coverages at the best possible premium. |

| Rachel, senior commercial lines underwriter and office manager. Her 18 years in insurance have covered just about all phases from personal lines to commercial. She is our senior commercial lines manager and extremely knowledgeable in every phase of small, medium and larger business needs including bonds. Rachel, as well, has also completed the Farmers Insurance University intensive course. |
